Each Ecolife notebook is made from hand-made paper, and contains plantable wildflower seeds. Each notebook has 70 lined pages (140 sheets).

Planting reccomendations: These can be planted indoors or outdoors, and prefer a sunny spot! Fill a pot or tray with 2/3 soil, lay down the plantable cover, add water so it becomes damp but not soaking, place in your sunny spot and watch it grow!
